I am an African American wellness practitioner with 10 years of experience empowering individuals to achieve their fitness and wellness goals. As a licensed massage therapist serving NY, NJ, and CT, and a traveling/virtual personal trainer, I am honored to guide you on a journey of transformation through movement, relaxation, and self-discovery.

Through tailored personal training sessions, I help you build resilience and achieve your fitness aspirations, wherever you are. With therapeutic massage, I create a safe, affirming space for deep relaxation and renewal, helping you let go of what no longer serves you.

I have a personal investment in working with BIPOC communities, athletes, artists, and individuals with physical challenges, including those managing diabetes, hypertension, cerebral palsy, Lyme disease, alcoholism, and 400lbs+. Together, we craft strategies that empower you to overcome obstacles and thrive in your wellness journey.
