I am an African American wellness practitioner with 10 years of experience empowering individuals to achieve their fitness and wellness goals. As a licensed massage therapist serving NY, NJ, and CT, and a traveling/virtual personal trainer, I am honored to guide you on a journey of transformation through movement, relaxation, and self-discovery.
In our work together, we focus on cultivating strength, releasing tension, and nurturing the mind-body connection. Through tailored personal training sessions, I help you build resilience and achieve your fitness aspirations, wherever you are. With therapeutic massage, I create a safe, affirming space for deep relaxation and renewal, helping you let go of what no longer serves you.
My approach is holistic and integrative, celebrating your unique identity while honoring the connection between body, mind, and spirit. I have a personal investment in working with BIPOC communities, athletes, artists, and individuals with physical challenges, including those managing diabetes, hypertension, cerebral palsy, Lyme disease, alcoholism, and 400lbs+. Together, we craft strategies that empower you to overcome obstacles and thrive in your wellness journey.
